Karen Gilkey is the owner of the American Family Insurance – Karen Gilkey Agency and brings more than two decades of experience in the insurance industry. Throughout her career, she has served in leadership, sales, and customer service roles, helping individuals, families, and business owners protect what matters most.

Karen's passion is educating people about insurance in a way that is practical, relatable, and easy to understand. She believes insurance should empower people—not confuse them.
