STBC provides courses designed to educate learners from K12 to adults and host activities that stimulate thinking and unite the community. Many of our short-term courses are a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on training to ensure that students can apply what they were taught in a practical scenario. Our fee-based, non-credit courses are designed to enhance skills in various fields which can lead to industry recognized credentials, certifications and licenses.

Our mission is to provide an opportunity for everyone to learn and develop the right skills to help strengthen their lives, families, communities and careers. STBC is dedicated to preparing its participants to realize their full potential, achieve economic and social mobility through the transforming power of training & education.
Our Vision
STBC will serve as part of the area’s training ladder across a range of career skills in Technical and Business Education academies designed to result in employability within businesses and to give access to continued post-secondary training.
