Meet STBC Instructor: Gwen Goins

I am a passionate proponent of home ownership! With over 37 years of experience in mortgage lending, I bring a wealth of knowledge, integrity, and dedication to helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership goals. I have expertise in all areas of lending from first-time homebuyers to investors. I am proficient in conventional loan products as well as government loan products (FHA, VA, USDA) and am certified in many down payment assistance programs as well as Renovation programs.

Beyond my professional expertise, I am a devoted mother of two daughters and a joyful grandmother of one! When I am not guiding clients through the mortgage process, you will find me cheering on the Michigan State men’s basketball and football teams or rooting for my hometown favorite, the Kansas City Chiefs!
